Urban renewal and heritage preservation projects can be quite intimidating.  We like things as they are. That's why this project, located in the centre of an iconic and beloved historical neighbourhood was especially challenging. This project was emotional for us as those are the streets that we walk in and love. Using a mixed bag of techniques we tried to show how the plan would really look, searching for the beauty and softness of the connection between old and new.
