Shtern Tower

A tower is an object of differing scales: from afar its an object in the landscape, more like sculpture than architecture. From near it becomes useful, a place for people, and it’s scale becomes smaller. In this project we were asked to show the building from near and afar and to consider its impact on the landscape, but also on the adjacent streets, leading to a versatile set of images.
